We are looking for:
1a. Identify and calculate the following nuclear reactions (alpha, beta, gamma, positron, and electron capture)
2a. Fission is the splitting of a nucleus into small fragments
2b. Fusion is the combining of two nuclei
3a. Half-life is a measure of the rate of radioactive decay, or the amount of time it takes for half of a radioactive sample initially present
to decay to its products.
