Measurement guidelines:
1. Measure snugly, but not too tight.
2. Ensure measuring tape is level all round body when measuring circumferences.
3. If possible, get a friend to take the measurements.
4. If measuring yourself, take the measurements in front of a mirror. This will help ensure the
measuring tape is level.
5. For jackets and over trousers, measure over regular clothing.
