Renaissance will be hosting its very first summer
school this year. We have partnered with the Center for Urban Teaching and they will be leading a
fantastic and fun summer school for our students!
Summer school will be held at the Taylor Avenue
location. A letter was sent home with your student
last week Friday with an envelope. In order to enroll you simply need to fill out the form with $5 included and send the envelope back to school.
Summer school is a fantastic way to keep learning
going for all of our scholars. Research shows
there is often a "summer slide” where students
suffer academically over the summer. Please enroll your child early and send the envelope back to
your child's teacher. We are so excited to be offering this great opportunity!

One of our amazing parents here at Renaissance is a leader in a local "Dad's Club".
You may be wondering, what is the dad's club and what do they do. The dads club has
been designed to help the community and our youth. They are working to become a non- profit organization and their motto is #allkidsmatter. The focus is on supporting all of our
youth. They specialize in helping father's be more involved with their children and even
help other children that may not have a "dad role model at home."
Dad's club is open to any and all men who would like to help our youth, as well as Father's looking for
activities to do with their children. Dad's club is even open to moms
that might be looking for help with a positive male role model.
Dad's club will be having an Easter egg hunt April 15th at Pierce Woods Park so come out
and join them at 12-4pm for some fun and fellowship with The Dads Club!!!!!
Event Address:
3600 Pierce Blvd. Racine, WI 53405
Please promote our cause because our YOUTH are the FUTURE!!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY!
