All types of Corrosive/contaminating (Odour or Stain) Chemicals such as Salt, Sugar, Sulphur, Fertilizer, Naphtha, Carbon Black. All type of Contaminating commodities such as Clove. Machinery, Wooden logs, Timber, Wooden boards, Unpacked wooden articles. En-Block Movements
CY delivery may be restricted at certain times in accordance with directives from the relevant authorities and off dock
delivery from an accredited facility will then be necessary at consignee’s expense.

All charges subject to Service tax at the prevailing rate
Demurrage & Detention Charges will be debited as Per standard tariff available on request
Plug In charge for active reefer containers will be applicable as Per the terminal tariff
The above tariff may be changed from time to time without prior notice
The tariff will be posted in our offices at the BL counter and is available on request
Where charges are imposed by terminals or other authorities, CMA CGM reserves the right to debit the customer back as needed
Late payment of charges will be subject to an interest rate of 1% above bank rate.
WEB BL fees of INR 2300 will be applicable ONLY when the booking placed, SI submissions & BL release (all 3 activities) are
done through CMA CGM website, ELSE normal BL / Seaway BL Fees whichever applicable will be charged.
