On 04/01/15 I was dispatched to Regional West Medical Center in reference to a vehicle
getting keyed in the parking lot. Upon arrival I made contact with the RP. She stated
that she noticed the scratch on her driver’s side door. She stated that it had to happen
sometime between 1300-1700. She said when she left for lunch around 1200 the mark was
not there. Security was advised to check cameras, at this time no known suspect. Nothing further.

On the above date, I observed a black car driving on Avenue I with bright red headlights.
I conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver, Timmothy Evans. Timmothy advised
that he has aftermarket corner lights installed on his car. I advised him that he could
not be driving on the city streets with the red lights emitting to the front. A records
check showed Evans license to be suspended with a license pickup order in place. Evans

On April 5th 2015, while on patrol I conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired
license plates. I made contact with the driver who was identified by her Nebraska Drivers
license as Melissa Martinez (11/26/1971). I checked for wants and warrants on Martinez
with the Comm. Center and they advised that she had two active warrants out of Morrill
County. I placed Martinez in handcuffs( double-locked) and checked for fit. I placed
Martinez in the back of my patrol car. I transported Martinez to the Scotts Bluff County
Detention Center where she was booked in for failure to pay barking dog Warrant #CR 14-74
and failure to appear dog at large Warrant # CR 14-51.

On April 10th 2015, I observed a vehicle parked behind the Candlelight Inn that belong to
a male who had an active warrant. I then made contact with the male in room 136. I asked
Comm. Center to confirm warrants on Brent Abell( 06/23/1986). Comm Center advised it was
confirmed. I also checked for warrants on a female identified as Chastity Smith
(04/05/1992). Comm Center advised that Smith had two active warrants for shoplifting and
3rd degree assault. I placed Abell under arrest ( double-locked), searched him and placed
him in the back of my patrol car. I also placed Smith under arrest(double-locked) checked
for fit and placed her in my patrol car. I transported both Smith and Abell to the
