T-SHIRT Order Form
As with the tradition of most drama clubs, we will be selling t-shirts for this year’s 5th grade
production. The t-shirts will be white with the bright colored logo on the front and ALL of the
drama club members’ names on the back. T-shirts will come in sizes ranging from Child Small to
Adult XL and they will cost $25 each (Cash or Check made payable to “SW BOE”). Adult
XXL and XXXL sizes can be purchased for an additional $5 each. You are more than
welcome to purchase as many shirts as you would like. Wouldn’t it be cute to have matching
shirts for the whole family?
Please make sure to have the money and order form below filled out and returned to us no later
than Friday February 5th!
