4-H Booth Rules for Fair
1. Each club may enter only 1 booth. The top two scoring booths will be eligible for State
Fair. Booth may be Annual-Themed or Open-Themed:
 Annual-Themed booths must use the following theme for 2017, “Lead, Inspire,
Experience 4-H”.
 Open-Themed booths may feature any theme promoting 4-H.
2. Size: Exterior booth dimensions must be: 47”W x 36”D x 22”H. The back of the booth
must be 47”W x 22”H. The bottom of the booth must be 47”W x 36”D. The sides must
be in the shape of a right triangle using the following dimensions 22” x 36”x 48”.
3. Booth items must be securely fastened to prevent damage or loss and must not be
taller than the sides of the booth where the item is placed.
4. Club names must not be used as part of the booth. NOTE: The “A.A. Statement” (see
below) and 4-H Clover emblem must be in the booth (Contact the 4-H Office). The
Club Name, County, Club Leader’s Name, address and phone number must be
clearly printed/typed on a card and securely fastened to the back side of the booth in
the upper right corner.
