NERGC Exhibit Hall Information (as of Apr 9, 2017) Blue squares have already been taken. Orange squares are on hold. U V Media Ancestors Center Roadshow W X Y Z There are no pillars in this space. The squares on the plan show the location of floor level utility access points (ex. Electricity). Special Notes: The non-booth area at the back of the Hall will contain a Café with tables and chairs for refreshment and relaxation, a media center for the bloggers and others, and the Ancestors Roadshow. At the very back of the Hall is the direct access to the loading dock, SER (the decorator who puts up the pipe-and-drape) has an office here if you want to change the draping instructions for your booth area or need other assistance. In the front of the Hall, is the main entrance to the room, the show office, and the rest rooms. The show office space is assigned to NERGC. It will be locked overnight, so if exhibitors would like to leave anything in the conference center overnight you may do so here. There will be security guards in the building overnight, but you may want to put items such as computers in the show office. The Dining Room is immediately to the left of the Exhibit Hall, with the meeting rooms beyond that. The corridor in front of the Exhibit Hall will house the Society Fair, and Libraries/Archives exhibit space.
