Nigee Quadir Paige was born on August 10, 1989
at The Jersey City Medical Center to Crystal Paige
and William Oliver Jr. His life was cut short and he
was called home to be with the lord on October 13,
2013.
Nigee attended P.S. 34 Grammar School; he
graduated from Create Charter High School in 2007
where he received his High School Diploma. Over
the course of Nigee’s life, he worked at Foot Locker
in Manhattan for three years, Cargo Force, Elijah’s
Income Tax Service, and The Vitamin Shop. Also,
Nigee served as a Boys Scout for twelve years. He
enjoyed listening to music with his head phones,
eating chocolate chip cookies and milk, and eating
with his favorite fork. He had a special fork that he
always used when he ate and no one was allowed to
use it.
Nigee was known as “Sonny” to his mom and
others. He was born with clubfeet and didn’t learn
how to walk until he was two years old. He would
kick the cast off his legs and try to get around. He
was a fast learner. In spite of his handicap, he never
let anything stop him or get in his way. Nigee was
truly a “Cool Guy” who was adored by many. He
was a lovable and respectable young man who
enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He
was a devoted father who would do anything for his
children.
Nigee leaves to cherish his memories to his mother

Recessional
Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free
I'm following the path God has chosen for me.
I took His hand when I heard him call;
I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day,
To laugh, to love, to work or play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way;
I've now found peace at the end of day.
If my parting has left a void,
Then fill it with remembered joys.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss;
Oh yes, these things, I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow
Look for the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life's been full, I savored much;
Good friends, good times, a loved ones touch.
Perhaps my time seems all to brief;
Don't lengthen your pain with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and peace to thee,
God wanted me now-He set me free
We would like to express our deepest appreciation to
all those who called, sent cards, and helped us during
this time of bereavement. We truly appreciate and
love you for your warm wishes.
