CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. For best lifetime of this product never unfold or inflate this product
in temperatures below freezing.
2. Avoid prolonged exposure to sun.
3. Avoid contact with sharp objects.
4. Never allow sand or debris to enter pump intake valve.
5. Clean product with mild soap and water.
6. Never store pad when wet. Store unfolded in dry & cool place out
of direct sunlight
4. Compress the foam inside the pump unit with your hands as shown above
(Figure C). Inflate to your desired pressure. Be careful not to over inflate.
Typical inflation requires approximatly 100 cycles, sure beats huffing and
puffing! Allow foam to rebound between pumps. During rebound do not
block the intake valve with your hand.
5. When desired pressure has been achieved, replace cap on pump valve.
Take care not to cross thread the cap.
6. Turn pad over so that pump valve is now facing down. Why? Because the
the insulation (140g/m2) is bonded on this side hides the pump for a more
comfortable nights sleep. Enjoy!
DEFLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Open Exhaust valve and allow air to escape. It helps just to lay on it.
2. Fold pad in thirds (Image E) and roll from the foot (image F) towards the
head. This will push the remaining air out.
3. Close exhaust valve and place rolled up pad inside stuff sack.

REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
1. Locate repair kit within stuff sack closure flap.
2. Deflate pad fully. For small punctures, apply small amount of glue to tip
of toothpick and insert into puncture. Reapply small amount of glue on
exterior to create small cap-like repair. Allow glue to dry overnight.
3. For tears or cuts: cut a small circular piece of patch fabic (included).
Apply glue to fabric patch (coated side) and to the damaged area.
Fabric patch may curl slightly, this is normal. Allow glue to become
tacky (30 seconds or so) then apply patch to damaged area and press
gently until bond forms. Allow glue to dry overnight.
