AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN
MILLION FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE THOUSAND,
EIGHTY-TWO PESOS ONLY (p7,583,082.00) FROM R.A.
7171 TOBACCO EXCISE TAX FOR THE PRIORITY
PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CERVANTES, ILOCOS SUR.
WHEREAS, presented for consideration an approval by this legislative
jurisdiction is the Second Appropriation Ordinance of the
LGU of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur, involving a total
appropriation of (p7,583,082.00) from the R.A. 7171
Municipal Share for the priority programs, projects and
activities of the Municipality of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Councilor Edgardo G. Cortez, duly
