Located next to the Angleterre pavilion, this spacious conference room offers
numerous advantages for your seminars, receptions and banquets.
Le Lobby
Located on the first floor of the Angleterre pavilion, Le Lobby is the ideal place
for your banquets. This room enjoys an outstanding view of the lake.
La Voûte
Situated just behind our restaurant L’Accademia, this cozy and comfortable
cellar is ideal for a cocktail or a banquet.
La Côte
On the first floor of the Angleterre pavilion, this room is ideal for breakout
sessions.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
The Rates
Our rates are valid until December 31st, 2017 and subject to availability. Taxes, service charge, VAT are
included.
Deposit
The hotel is entitled to require partial or full payment in advance to guarantee the reservation. The
reservation will be considered final once the deposit is recorded by the institution.
Cancellation policy
The exact number of participants should be communicated to us 48 hours in advance. After the
deadline, the original number of participants will be charged.
In case of non-respect of the cancellation policy, the amount payable is of:
– 15 days prior the event
10% of the estimated total amount
– 7 days prior the event
40% of the estimated total amount
– 48 hours prior the event
80% of the estimated total amount
