TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tender on plain paper is hereby invited by the undersigned on behalf of the Governor of
Tripura from the bonafide Indian citizens for supply of the following machineries for Infrastructure of Value
Addition 1 Distillation Unit for "Gandhaki" at Muhuripur JFMC under Kakulia Forest Range under Bagafa
Forest Sub-Division. Tender may be dropped in the box kept at SDFO's Office, 8agafa which to be received
on all working days or may be sent through "Registered Post".
Components of distillation unit with specification of flat boiler system
~istillati(.;n vessel - 304 food grade stainless steel made, 500 km green leaves capacity
vessel size height 56 inches dia 56 inches. Stainless steel sheet thickness bottom 2.00 mm
body 2.00 mm lid 1.6 mm. water collar system lid and it will be bolted by 4 nos high tension
but bolt. 50 mm 4 nos stainless steel cross pipe for stem injection to inside vessel. For
insulation of vessel and lid covered by glass wool and aluminum sheet. Lid lifting and vessel
tilting system. Vessel tilting by 1 ton capacity gear chain pulley.
5.5. Grid - Stainless steel net made by 6 mm and 5 mm combinations according to vessel
, size.
Condenser - Stainless steel multi-tube condenser 4.5 feet height and diameter 1.5 feet,
outer jacket 1.6mm stainless steel sheet with 1 inches 50 nos capacity spiral seamless
cooling tube. Vapors inlet 100 mm dia, Distillate outlet 25 mm dia with stainless steel pipe
leading to oil receiver. Cold water inlet with a gate valve and hot water outlet provision and
suitable stand for holding the condenser.
Oil receiver- Stainless steel oil receiver 50 liter water capacity size (16 x 17 inches) oil
outlet line 20 mm dia, siphon breakage, stainless steel partition plate loose type lid.
Stearn generating chamber: Size length 5.6 ft x breadth 4.2 ft, height 22 inch flat bottom
with flue duct cover, Mild steel pi;e (4 x 4 nos flue pipe) flue separator, water level by glass
tube with gutter, temperature meter, water inlet and outlet provision water capacity 450 liter
always, free space for 175 liter. One hot water connection from condenser to heat chamber
for maintaining the stream speed to vessel. Mild steel sheet thickness 12 mm bottom 8 mm
body and side with complete.
Fuel platform and fire net: Iron made of fuel platform stand size 3 x 3 ft, 20 mm bar
system 4 nos fire net seze (1.5ft x 1.5 ft)
Fire door and chimney: Mid steel made for door size (2 ft x 3 ft) two part and mild steel
chimney 10 inches dia 16 feet height (two part)

Tender may be submitted addressing to the undersigned in sealed cover as "The Member
Secretary, 8agafa Forest Development Agency (Sub-Divisional Forest Officer, Bagafa), Santirbazar: South
Tripura" upto 15:30 hrs of 21/01/2016. The sealed cover must be inscribed with "Infrastructure of Value
Addition / Distillation Unit for "Gandhakt'''. The tender may be opened on the same date at 16:00 hrs, if
possible, subject to the following terms and conditions in the overleaf.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Eol may be sent by RegisteredlSpeed Post or by Hand or may be dropped in person in the tender
box to be kept in the 010 the undersigned in sealed cover upto the time and date as quoted earlier above;
2. The rate of fee is to be quoted both in words and figures;
3. The Earnest Money for an amount 2.5% in the form of Deposit - at - call from any Nationalized Bank of India
is to be deposited in favour of the Member Secretary, Bagafa Forest Development Agency, Santirbazar:
South Tripura (Sub-Divisional Forest Officer, Bagafa) along with the tender, without which no tender will be
considered as valid and out rightly rejected. Earnest Money of successful tenderer except the 1st, 2nd & 3m
lowest tenderer will be released within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of opening of tender and on receipt of
application from the tenderers. The Earnest Money will be liable forfeiture for violation of the Terms and
Conditions laid in this Tender Notice.
4. If the tenderers purchase the different parts from the different agencies for installation of Distillation Unit and
then assemble the tenderer should be quoted the rates of the different parts separately or the tenderer
purchase the whole parts of Distillation Unit it should also be quoted the rates of the spare parts.
5. The successful tenderer shall have to furnish security money to the extent of 7.5% of the tendered and
accepted value within 10 (ten) days of issuance of acceptance letter and payment will be made after
proper installation, fitting-fixing and making of the Operational system etc successfully.
6. Rates should be quoted inclusive all taxes, transportation charges, installation charges etc. in the tender.
7. An agreement should be given by the successful tenderer with the Department for technically problems of
the machineries, supply of spare parts, subsequent maintenance, overhauling etc. during the phase of
productive running and to handle such situation.
8. The successful tenderer also has to place an agreement for imparting training for 15 (fifteen) days one or two
technical persons who are having minimum knowledge of machineries,tools etc. of the JFMC members.
9. The security money will be released after completion of works and full payment thereof.
10. If the successful bidder fails to fulfill the contractual obligation, the security deposit shall be forfeited forthwith.
11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any Eol including the lowest one without assigning any
reason, whatsoever.
12 No correspondence w r t rejection of any Eol will be entertained subsequently to finalization of th~
