Our pasta has been developed so that it remains
“al dente” when cooked. We also add valuable
proteins in the form of pea protein isolate, which
enriches the pasta. Isolated pea protein is a natural
vegetable product with high levels of protein. It is
rich in essential amino acids and it is free from gluten
and lactose. In turn the high level of protein in Schar
pasta is far superior than the amount found in other
generic gluten free corn and rice pastas.
