Event Policies
•
Deposit Minimum Billing - A non-refundable deposit is due when confirming your
banquet space and is required upon the return of the signed contract. Minimum billing
is required for all Friday and Saturday evening functions.
•
Guest confirmation, finalized menu, and the remaining balance of food and beverage,
are due 10 days before the scheduled event.
•
Service Charge - A 17% Service charge and applicable taxes will apply to all services
provided. Groups requesting tax exempt status must submit a copy of their State Tax
Exemption Certificate prior to payment of their event.
•
Food and Beverage Regulations - According to the Wisconsin Administrative code and
statue, all food and beverage must be purchased through the Townline Banquet
Facility and Meeting Center with the exception of wedding cakes. Wedding cakes must
be supplied by a licensed provider. Extra food or beverage (except wedding cake) is
prohibited from leaving the property due to insurance liability.
•
Cancellation Policy – Any function that cancels 60 days prior to the scheduled event is
responsible for the minimum billing for that event. Any function that cancels more
than 60 days out will forfeit their deposit unless that date is rebooked for an equal or
larger function.
•
Decorating Policy - Decorations may be put up. Nailing, stapling, taping, and the use
of confetti and glitter are prohibited. If this occurs a 100.00 clean up charge will be
assessed to the final bill. All decorations must have a banquet manager’s approval
before being put into place. All candles must be enclosed in a glass bowl or fire
resistant container.
•
The banquet hall will be available to decorate at 10:00 am the morning of the event.
When Townline has an event the night before a 200.00 charge applies if you want to
decorate earlier than 10:00 am. The Mezzanine is available 1 hour before the event.
•
Cash Bar - Guests purchase their drinks individually.
•
Open Bar - Guests order the drinks of their choice, and payments are the responsibility
of the individual or organization hosting the party.
•
Bars are set complete with selection of red & white wines, domestic beer, some imports,
as well as rail and call brand liquors.
•
Damage Policy - If damages to property of the Townline Banquet Facility occur during
your event, an estimated amount for such damages must be paid at the end of your
event. A final bill will be sent upon repair of the damages, including any cost not
covered in your estimated payment, for which you will be responsible upon receipt.
•
Townline is a smoke free facility according to Wisconsin Code.
•
Townline reserves the right to exclude or expel from the premises any person who, in
the judgment of Townline, is intoxicated, under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who
shall in any manner do any act in violation of any of the rules and regulations at
Townline
•
Banquet rooms are assigned by the number of guest expected. If attendance increases
or decreases, Townline reserves the right, with notification, to reassign space suitable
for attendance and type of function.

Townline Banquet and Meeting Facility has partnered with the AmericInn as the preferred
provider of Hotel/lodging services. Group/Block reservations can be made through Townline’s
Event Coordinator to receive discounts based on room quantity.
Weddings booked at Townline and purchasing either the Gold Package or Platinum Package,
and meeting the designated minimum will receive a FREE Honeymoon Suite at AmericInn.
The Honeymoon Suites are signature rooms with whirlpools and/or fireplaces.

Townline can accommodate meetings for groups of 10 – 350 people.
Rooms are equipped with state of the art audio and visual
equipment. LAN and Wireless Internet are available for projection
on to one of two HD overhead projects. Video scaling from the PC to
overhead is accomplished with built-in scaling equipment.
