User Directions The following shows the directions to manage your company account. Step 1: Sign In Located Here: http://www.chatterboxreviews.com/login Sign in to your account using your admin username/email and password. Located here: https://www.chatterboxreviews.com/account/webpage At your dashboard click on the 1st icon “Edit/View My Web Page”. Step 2: Setting up/Editing your Web Page Complete the following to set up your web page, adding your contact information, social media accounts, logo, and blurb about you and your company. At the bottom hit “Save”, then click “View Live” to see your updated Web Page live. Step 3: Set Up Your Company Account Preferences Located Here: http://chatterboxreviews.com/account/preferences Customize your account preferences, log in your social media accounts, schedule your sharing, and add your FB tab. Step 4: Download My Link & Widget Located Here: https://www.chatterboxreviews.com/account/download Here you will find your personal link, directions to copy your email button, and info to download your website widget to your company website. We will work with your IT team or will place the website widget for you. Step 5: Sending Requests Located Here: https://www.chatterboxreviews.com/account/request/send From your dashboard click on “Send/View My Requests”, choose the “Send” tab. On the “From” field, click the drop down menu to choose the email address you would like the surveys to be sent from. In the “To” field enter in one or multiple customer email addresses followed by commas. You would then choose what fields you would like displayed on the survey for example, “Hide My References Last Name”. You can edit the message in the “Message” field that your reference will receive. Finally, you’ll hit “Send” and the request will be sent. Step 6: Sending Requests - Using .CSV Import Located here: https://chatterboxreviews.com/account/request/send Click “Send Via Import” to import. Then click “Download .CSV template” and upload or enter your customers Email Addresses and First Names. Once complete (must match the same format as template), then save template to your desktop and click “Browse” and import template. Then click “Send Requests” at bottom of page. Step 7: Sending Requests - Using Personal Survey Link Located Here: http://chatterboxreviews.com/account/request/personalSurveyLink On the Send/View My Requests section, you will click on the “Click Here” link in the Personal Survey Link section on the right side of the screen. Set your “Default Settings” Located here: http://www.chatterboxreviews.com/account/request/openRequestLink You’ll want to set your default settings accordingly. Then copy your Survey Link and paste it directly into your email to email blast from your address book, add into your CRM , or to an email marketing system. If you are using an internal survey system, please contact us about tying our sharing tools directly to your current system. Step 8: Receiving a review As soon as a review has been completed, you will receive an email alerting you of the new review. If you receive an average or negative review, please contact the customer immediately to work through the issue at hand. If the customer would like to re-write the review, please have them email [email protected] from their original email address. If you feel that the review is inaccurate, click “Dispute” at your Inbox located here: https://www.chatterboxreviews.com/account/request/inbox . This will notify us to investigate the validity of the review. If we determine it is inaccurate, than we will pull it from our system immediately.
