Merge Healthcare Customer Innovation Center at the Aon Center
200 East Randolph Street, Suite 2435 (24th Floor)
Walking – The main entrance for the Aon Center is at 200 East
Randolph Street. Additional entrance at Stetson and Lake St.
Drop-Off – The driveway entrance to be dropped off is at 200
North Columbus Drive (Upper Level).
Parking - The Garage entrance is located on Lower Level Lake
Street and is accessible from Main/Lower Level Columbus Drive.
Valet Parking – Valet Parking is available at the Fairmont Hotel
which is located directly north of the Aon building and has an
entrance on Upper Columbus Drive.
At AON Center:

Merge Healthcare is on the 24th Floor in the Aon Center.

You will need to check in with valid identification at the Main
lobby security desk before being permitted access to the
elevator area.

The elevators have two levels (upper elevators go to even
floors). You will need to go to the Upper level of the
elevators to access the 24th Floor.

From O’Hare (I 90/I 94 - Kennedy):
Take I-190 East from Airport to I-90/I-94 East towards Downtown Chicago, exit at Ohio Street
heading East to LaSalle St. Turn right at LaSalle and head southbound crossing over the Chicago River
to the stop light at Wacker Drive. At Wacker Drive, turn left and drive to Upper Columbus Drive. At
Upper Columbus Drive, turn right and drive to the entrance of the Aon drop-off at 200 N. Columbus
Drive (upper level). Take a right into the driveway for the Aon Center.
From Midway (I 55 – Stevenson):
Take Cicero Avenue north to I-55/Stevenson eastbound. Continue until end of freeway and take Lake
Shore Drive Northbound. Take Lake Shore Drive North to Wacker Drive (turn left.) Drive west and
stay right to enter Upper Wacker Dr. At Upper Wacker Drive, move quickly into the left lane before
you reach Upper Columbus Drive. At Upper Columbus Drive, turn left and drive to the entrance of the
Aon drop-off at 200 N. Columbus Drive (upper level). Take a right into the driveway for the Aon
Center.



Garage entrance located on Lower Level Lake Street and is accessible from Lower Columbus Drive
From the North (Lake Shore Drive):
Take Lake Shore Drive South to Randolph
Drive Exit (turn right). Drive west 2 blocks to
Columbus Drive. At stop light, turn right and
immediately merge into the left lane. Drive
one block to Lake Street and turn left at the
stop light. Drive ½ block, entrance to the
garage is located on the left side of Lake
Street. The parking garage entrance sign
reads Aon Parking Garage.
From the South (Lake Shore Drive):
Take Lake Shore Drive North to Randolph
Drive (turn left.) Drive west 2 blocks to
Columbus Drive and turn right at stop light.
Immediately merge into left lane. Drive one
block to Lake Street and turn left at stop light.
Drive ½ block, entrance to the parking garage
is located on the left side of Lake Street. The
parking garage entrance sign reads Aon
Parking Garage.
From O’Hare (I 90/I 94 - Kennedy):
As you head towards Downtown Chicago, exit
at Ohio Street heading East past Michigan
Avenue to Fairbanks/Columbus Drive. Turn
right at Fairbanks and head southbound
crossing over the Chicago River to 2nd stop
light at Lake Street. At Lake Street, turn right
and drive ½ block, entrance to the parking
garage is located on the left side of Lake
Street. The parking garage entrance sign
reads Aon Parking Garage.

stop light. Drive ½ block, entrance to the parking garage is located on the left side of Lake Street. The
parking garage entrance sign will read Aon Parking Garage.


Board any CTA Orange Line train at Midway. All CTA trains at Midway head downtown.

Take Orange Line train downtown and exit train at Randolph/Wabash exit.

Walk down the stairs to Street level and walk East on Randolph toward Michigan Avenue and
continue across Michigan Avenue on the North side (Left side) of Randolph St.

An entrance to the Aon Center is located at 200 E. Randolph St.
At AON Center:



