Sleeping Quarters – Suitable for 1 cat is fully
insulated and lined either using durable impervious
material or “our speciality” (Premier) Seamless
Fibreglass module. Includes a Sleeping shelf
(removable for easy cleaning) plus “cat-flap” leading to
outside shelf with ladder. Access doorway has an
easy-to-use sliding vent plus a large secure viewing
window. All together providing the ultimate comfort and
usability for two cats.

Exercise Area (Run) - 6ft deep by 3ft wide. Fully
secured using (standards approved) steel wire mesh
includes sunning shelf for the cats immediate comfort,
this secure area provides cats with “fresh air” and
safety, whilst not completely waterproof, protection
from the elements can be gained by fitting "lift-off"
shutters (on walls) and Twin-Wall Polycarbonate
(replacing the standard corrugated Acrylic) on roof.
These additional measures help protect from
extremes of heat and cold whilst importantly retaining
an “outdoor feel”, enjoyed by cats.
