New User FAQ from Tech Support
The Tech Support Help Desk normal hours of operation are:
Monday through Friday 7 am – 6 pm CST (excluding holidays) and Saturday 7 am – 2 pm CST
*Procedure for contacting Technical Support during normal business hours:
1) Access CenSupport at the following link: http://cennet/pg_View.aspx?PageID=444
2) Only email Tech Support as secondary contact method using the CEN – Technical Support distribution list
3) Utilize the Normal Business Hours Phone Support Line: 501-328-4660 to report emergency situations
when email is not available. This line is supported Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm CST
(excluding holidays) and Saturday from 7 am – 2 pm CST.
*Procedure for contacting Technical Support outside of normal business hours:
After Hours Support Line: 501-339-3544 – For reporting emergency issues outside of established Tech Support
normal business hours.
Network Password Unlocks: It’s no longer necessary to contact Tech Support for network unlocks.
If you have locked out your network ID (Windows Logon); the Account Self Service feature can be used to unlock
or reset your network password. Using the [ctrl] [alt] [delete] keystrokes, select the [Account Self Service]
button. The Self Service Wizard will open; select option to Unlock or Reset your network password. For the
system to verify your identity, you will be prompted to answer the security questions that you used during Citrix
Single Sign-On registration.
*The first time you access your computer use the default login credentials below:
Windows Network Login ID: Your initials, (use the letter ‘X” if a middle initial was not provided) and the last four
digits of your Social Security number (i.e., jqd3697). This is your identification in our system. Please supply this
information when contacting Tech Support.
Password: Password1
You will be prompted to change this. Follow the guidelines below when setting your new password:
Requirements: minimum 8 characters, must have three of the following four: numeric, capitals, lowercase, special
characters. No words or names. You will be prompted by the system to change it every 90 days.
*Once logged in, please check your emails for your New Hire/Rehire PC Access. This includes login credentials
specific to your job title/role.
Never share your password with anyone, not even Tech Support.
