General Information
BEVERAGE & DINING SERVICE - Elegant &
Contemporary Service is provided with 1 waiter per
15 Guests. Bryant Park Grill suggests 1 bartender per
75-100 guests with a minimum of 2 bars per wedding.
BEVERAGES - Bryant Park Grill provides a
consecutive 5-hour Deluxe Bar including Liquor,
House Wines & Beverage Service during Dinner.
Servers will pass wine upon guest arrival of
Cocktail Reception. Extending event beyond 5 hours
will increase the per person price by $35.00 based
on the guaranteed guest count. This additional
charge includes bar service for 1 additional hour
or $25.00 per person per half hour.
COAT CHECK - Upon request, Bryant Park Grill will
provide a dedicated coat check attendant at a rate of
$3.00 per person based on the guaranteed guest count.
MENU TASTING SESSION - Bryant Park Grill is
pleased to offer a single complimentary menu tasting /
consultation for up to 4 guests which is scheduled 6090 days prior to the wedding date. Our Chef schedules
tastings Mondays – Thursdays at 5:00 or 5:30 PM.
Three weeks notice is required.
VOTIVE CANDLES AND TABLE NUMBERS Bryant Park Grill can provide a maximum of 3
votive candles per table and 1 votive candle for
each cocktail table, as well as table numbers and
table number stands for each table.
NYC SALES TAX & ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE This Wedding Package is subject to a 22% Administrative
Fee and 8.875% Sales Tax. The 22% administrative
fee is retained by the restaurant to offset operational
and administrative expenses associated with the
event including but not limited to providing wait staff,
supervisory staff, and other banquet personnel for the
event. Tips or gratuities are not required or expected
by the staff.
VENDOR MEALS - Meals are available for your
DJ/Band, Photographer, etc. when ordered and
paid for in advance by the client. Vendor meals
are Chef’s Choice of hot entrée at $45 each which
includes unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.

Wedding Ceremony Essentials
BRYANT PARK GRILL will provide a small table for
the wedding ceremony with white linen as well as a
microphone for the officiant. Tapered and/or Unity
Candles for the ceremony are the responsibility of
the Client.
FOR JEWISH CEREMONIES, Bryant Park Grill can
provide a Glass for Breaking (light bulb) and Challah
Bread for the blessing of the bread. Arrangements
for these items should be made in advance with your
Catering Manager.
THE CHUPPAH is the responsibility of the Client,
usually arranged with the florist or decorator of
Client’s choice.
FOR ALL WEDDING CEREMONIES at Bryant Park
Grill, the aisle runner is the responsibility of the client,
usually arranged with the florist or decorator retained
by client.
MUSIC (AND EQUIPMENT) for outdoor or indoor
ceremonies is the responsibility of Client.
ALL MATERIALS/ITEMS (GUEST BOOK,
FAVORS, YARMULKAS, ETC.) for the wedding
should be delivered to Bryant Park Grill the day before
the wedding.

For round tables 10 guests. We use a standard size 60” round table for up to 10 guests. For groups of 150 guests or more, the most

- Does Bryant Park Grill provide a Bridal Suite on the day of my wedding?
Yes, at the Bryant Park Hotel, conveniently located across the street. We make this reservation on the Client’s behalf.
Any changes/additions to the reservation must be communicated to the hotel directly by Client.
- Can Bryant Park Grill help me with hotel rooms in the area?
We refer guests to the Bryant Park Hotel, however there are many hotels in close proximity at varying rates.
- Is there a wedding ceremony fee?
There is a $950 fee for ceremonies held at Bryant Park Grill. This fee covers additional labor and equipment required and allows an
additional half hour for the event.
- Can I arrange for my own wedding cake?
You may arrange with the baker of your choice for a wedding cake to be delivered. There is no charge for cake cutting or serving.
- Can I use my own vendors?
Absolutely. We can also recommend vendors we have worked with in the past. If Clients do bring in their own vendors, all vendors
must carry the required insurance that is stipulated in our contracts.
- Does Bryant Park Grill offer special pricing for Children?
Yes. Children 4 to 11 years of age are no charge. Children aged 4 years to 11 years of age are half price. Special Children’s Menus
can be arranged with your Catering Manager, if so desired.
- Do you provide vendor meals?
Yes, vendor meals (musicians, DJ, photographer, etc.) are $45 per person, including chef’s choice of hot entrée and non-alcoholic
beverages.
- Is transportation readily available for my guests after a wedding?
Yes, taxis are available on West 40th or West 42nd Street. If using a car service, it is recommended that arrangements for private car
service be made directly with a car service company at least 24 hours before the event. All cars, taxis, vans and buses can drop off and
pick up on West 40th Street.
- When can I drop off materials to be used for my event (e.g., place cards, favors,etc)?
One day prior to the wedding date, to be coordinated with event manager. If formal seating is planned, your catering manager will
prepare a schematic of the room for your seating plan. Please return this diagram to your Catering Manager no later than one day before
the event. Please alphabetize your place cards by last name before dropping them off at Bryant Park Grill.
- Does Bryant Park Grill offer Glatt Kosher events?
Yes. Bryant Park Grill works with some of the premier Kosher Caterers in New York to offer the finest in Kosher Food.
