Earn a Cookie Business badge for the girl’s grade level (troop members) 3. As a troop, ask 100 new customers to buy cookies 4. Bling Your Booth (creatively decorate their Girl Scout Cookie booth) and snap a cool photo of it. Once all 4 steps are completed, girls should ask their troop leader/volunteer to help them submit the entry, as only adults can submit. The troop leader/volunteer will complete an online entry form and submit the troop’s Bling Your Booth photo at girlscouts.org/cookietroop100. This submission will allow the troop leader/volunteer to unlock the Cookie Troop 100 patch, and enter for a chance to win $100 in cash for troop trips, activities, or Take Action or service projects. The girlscouts.org/cookietroop100 URL is currently live but directs to the Girl Scout Cookies home page. Should troops include girls in the Bling Your Booth photos? Yes, we encourage it! The submitted photo should include the troop in action at the booth. 9. After a troop completes their Cookie Troop 100 activities: The troop leader/volunteer goes to girlscouts.org/cookietroop100 and submits details on the Cookie Troop 100 activities. This includes telling us the troop’s cookie goal and how they plan to use the cookie proceeds, confirming that troop members have earned a Cookie Business Badge and have asked 100 new customers to buy cookies. No further verification is required regarding the troop’s activities. GSUSA will respect the Girl Scout honor system. Once the troop leader/volunteer submits this information, they will be congratulated for unlocking the Cookie Troop 100 patch and will be given access to purchase the patch. The patch is only available for purchase (at a discounted rate of 1.00 per patch) by unlocking the patch post submission of troop activities. Councils do not need to estimate or purchase in Advance. Troops will order the patch directly online from GSUSA and GSUSA will ship (no shipping charges will be applied). 11. Are photo releases required for the Bling Your Booth photo submission?
