Central Affluence (Group 2)
The members of this Group are all adjacent neighbourhoods in the centre of
London, containing both of the Kensington & Chelsea neighbourhoods, as well as
two of the four from Westminster. According to the 2011 London Output Area (OA)
Classification, this group consists of key OA classifications of Urban Elites (62% of
OAs), High-Density & High-Rise Flats (18%), and London Life-Cycle (15%).
