Competitor Information:
1. Entry fees: All Classes $10.00 Office Fee $10.00 per horse
2. Entries must be made on the entry form provided. No entry will be accepted without
signature o owner and rider.
3. Stalls are Very limited. Stalls will be reserved on a first come first serve basis, must be
reserved with payment by Friday, Feb. 17, 2017 Day stall $50.00. RESERVE STALLS EARLY!

4. CURRENT NEGATIVE COGGINS (within 12 months), shown before numbers issued.
5. Schooling: Before show on Sunday 7:00 – 9:00 am
6. Ribbons & Awards: First – sixth place in all classes.
7. Pets MUST be kept on lease. If not a $50.00 fine for return.
8. Classes may be cancelled, combined, or divided if necessary.
9. Show Committee Decisions shall be final and will follow MHSA and USEF rules where
applicable.
10. Non Competing Horses – MUST register with secretary, have a current coggins and pay a
schooling fee of $15.00
11. Concessions – There will be food available on show grounds.
12. Arena – UPHA, packed base with sand/shavings. Warm up
Rowland Arena with same base, or outdoor weather permitting.
13. Helmets – Riders must wear an ASTM helmet when jumping.

4. MHSA English Pleasure – Open to any breed, horses to be shown at the
walk, canter and optional gait. Saddle Seat or Hunt Seat. Horses may
cross enter into other classes.
5. ASB 5 Gaited Show Pleasure
6. ASB 3 Gaited Open
7. MHSA Arabian English Pleasure – Open to Arabians, Half-Arabians and
Anglo-Arabians, Saddle Seat or Hunt Seat
8. Academy Pleasure W/T/C – Open to all ages. Open to horses that are used on a regular basis for
lessons. Riders to wear jodhpurs, boots, long sleeved shirts, a vest or sweater with a tie. Gloves are
recommended. Protective headgear is required. Riding coats and derbies are not allowed. Horses may
be shown in a snaffle bridle with running martingales. Horses may cross enter into other divisions for
which they qualify at this show. Riders may not cross enter into regular equitation or pleasure classes
worth MHSA points at this show.

22. Stock Type Western Pleasure-Quarter Horses, Buckskins, Paints, Appaloosa etc. **

40. W/T Western or Hunt Seat Pleasure – Open to all ages. Riders never to
Have show in a class requiring a lope or canter.
41. Hunter Hack – Horses to work on the flat in both directions, and jump
a line of 2 jumps, 18”-2’. **
