Theresa Wolford is our floral designer. She has thirty-five years experience, has owned her own
florist and works partners with her brother Jesse, who owns a floral design company in
Washington D.C. She has been involved in many floral designs for the White House for
over twelve years. Her floral designs are outstanding and we are thrilled to be partnering with
her for our floral designs. You will simply love the bridal flowers, reception centerpieces and

What Tables Will You Need?








Cake table ( round)

Bridal table options:

Reserved tables: Usually one or two round for each side of the family. I like to do two
rectangular tables side by side, too.
Guest tables: Most eight foot rectangular and round tables seat eight each. Most
brides prefer round tables for their weddings.

Floral and Decor
We try to help our brides get the most for their money, so we often transfer flowers
from the Church to the reception when desirable and have them placed before the
bridal party enters the reception hall. Keep in mind that all ceremony flowers must
remain until after all ceremony photography is complete. It is important to make
sure that the type of floral design for the ceremony will match your reception design
when deciding on flowers to be transferred.
A few key things to remember when estimating your costs:
Tables seat eight guests comfortably. Round tables give a more stylish look,
however it is sometimes necessary to use rectangular table. If possible, mixing
rectangle with round tables can still give quite an attractive look for your guest
seating.
Your most important focal point when guests enter the reception hall are the
flowers for the buffet table. Many of our brides will have us design two or three
large arrangements for columns or pedestals at the ceremony and will transfer them
to the reception for the buffet table. Cages of flowers we use on the single
candelabra for the aisle also make great table centerpieces. Simply add a candle to
these arrangements and you have a wonderful centerpiece. There is no additional
cost for transporting flowers from the church to the reception.
We always recommend some variety for your centerpieces. Even when reusing your
ceremony flowers for centerpieces, you generally need many more centerpieces.
We have approximately 100 different styles of centerpieces to choose from. Prices
average $10 - $20 a piece and candles are included if required. Also, crystal candle
holders make an attractive and inexpensive look. Rental on candle holders is $3-$5
and usually a couple make an attractive appearance.

** Swan’s Landing cannot always guarantee availability of certain rental items. Items may be
previously rented, damaged or otherwise unavailable. Also, we obtain new types of décor
regularly so décor lists may not always be accurate so be certain to ask about new rental
items available.
***Ceiling price listed is for standard gymnasium/auditorium/venue ceiling using white
canvas draping to adorn ceiling and disguise open rafter ceilings. Custom design ceilings are
available. Pricing will vary on custom ceiling designs. Pricing includes ceiling installation.
Pricing DOES NOT include equipment rental. If lift is required and venue does not have one
available for use, additional fees will apply.
