UNIFORM GUIDELINES
• Uniforms should be kept in clean, neat condition without holes or stains in pants, stockings, shirts, etc.
• Faded, ill-fitting shirts or damaged uniforms should be replaced in a timely manner.
• All boys’ shirts should be long enough to remain tucked in throughout the day.
• Remember that all outerwear (sweaters and fleeces) and black polos must bear the TCA logo (except
Pre-K)
TCA Logo Information
The TCA Logo must be stitched on the following items: V-neck pullover vests, cardigans, sweaters, black polo,
and black fleece (adding logos is optional for Pre-K students), please note that Educational Outfitters will not place a
logo over a pre-existing logo on clothing. The outerwear—fleeces, vests, cardigans, and sweaters—and PE
Uniforms must be purchased at Educational Outfitters.
Pre-K Uniform Guidelines
Shirt: black polo, short or long, TCA Logo is optional
Pants: khaki pants with a fastener which the child can open and close by himself/herself; girls may wear a khaki skort
Shoes: unless the child can tie his/her own shoes, Velcro or slip-ons are preferred; all shoes should have closed toes and
heels. (While not required for Pre-K, please note the shoe choices for the K-12 students are also an option for
Pre-K.)
Socks: any
Belt: please use only if the child can fasten/unfasten by himself/herself
Seasonal Alternatives: Beginning of School Year–1st Monday of November & 1st Monday of April–End of
School Year – Traditional Khaki Shorts [NO cargo shorts] (from Educational Outfitters)

Shirt: white button-down Oxford, short or long sleeve, the TCA logo will be required if the student chooses to wear the shirt
without the above vest/sweater

Information on the final class schedule will be available during the summer. Available at Educational Outfitters, TCA's
PE uniform includes black sweatpants or knee-length shorts screen-printed with TCA's logo, and a coordinated
grey T-shirt or sweatshirt also with our logo.
Boys’ Optional Accessories
Outerwear (Logo): black f u l l - z i p o r ¼- zip fleece from Educational Outfitters; NO other branded fleeces or fleeces with
any designs or accents or non-TCA sweatshirts or jackets; NO baseball caps. TCA sweatshirts can only be worn during PE.
Jewelry: watches (alarms must be off); small, traditional-look necklace (should be under shirt and non-visible). NO
bracelets or earrings.
Boys’ Hair

Jumper: plaid #60 drop waist jumper with kick pleats from Educational Outfitters (required for Kindergarten and 1st
Grade; optional for 2nd and 3rd Grade, if wearing the plaid skirt below), skirts must reach the knee
Plaid Skirt: plaid #60 skirt from Educational Outfitters (required for 4th–11th; optional for 2nd and 3rd Grade, if wearing
the jumper above), skirts must reach the knee
Blouse: white Oxford or Peter Pan blouse, short or long sleeve

forecasted to be extremely cold on a case-by-case basis.

Outerwear (Logo): black full-zip or ¼- zip fleece from Educational Outfitters; NO other branded fleeces or fleeces with any
designs or accents or non-TCA sweatshirts or jackets; NO baseball caps. TCA sweatshirts can only be worn during PE.
Hair: plaid #60 headband from Educational Outfitters, black or white bows and headbands; NO unnatural hair color or
other hair accessories such as feathers, etc.
Jewelry: metal or gemstone stud earrings; delicate metal necklace; NO bracelets.
Under Shorts: black ‘biker’/soffe shorts (recommended under skirts – may not be longer than skirt)
