This is by no means an

Introduction
Rongoā is traditional Māori medicine. It
includes herbal medicine made from plants,
physical techniques like massage, and
spiritual healing. Medicines were made from
plants, including: harakeke, kawakawa, rātā,
mānuka and kōwhai.
