dfsd July 2016 Learn and Play Montessori School The children are having fun and a fantastic time learning about Prehistoric Animals and Transportation. During the first session of the summer curriculum, the children learned about the Paleozoic Era, Fossils and the evolution of dinosaurs. It is just amazing how the children are able to remember and recognize all the different dinosaur names. The children will continue to do the Montessori curriculum throughout the summer as well. The children also enjoying outdoor activities such as Watermelon Day and Ice Cream Day. Pictures has been posted on Facebook. If parents are not already FRIENDS with us on Facebook, please do so, so you can get updates and pictures. Pictures will periodically get updated online for parents to see and share. We take pictures and videos of children with parent’s photo consent. If we do not have photo consent approval from parents, we do not take any photographs and/or videos of the child. Again, Facebook pictures are shared with parents who are currently enrolled at LAPMS, Irvington. Any families withdrawing from the facility will be unfriended from Facebook for privacy and security purposes. Don’t forget to wear your school T-shirt every Friday! First timers: T-shirts are found in your child’s cubby on his/her first day of school (included with the annual material fee).
