TERMS & CONDITIONS

or visit Spencer’s on the Square, 20 The Square, Retford DN22 6DQ;
2. Reservations between 1st December and 1st January require a £10 deposit per person at time of
booking (£20 for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve), the balance to be paid by 30th November
or 14 days’ prior, whichever is sooner;
3. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable;
4. Parties of 10 and above are required to pre-order food (6 and above in December). Pre-orders
should be returned 7 days’ in advance and prior to 30th November. In most cases you will be
unable to change your pre-order on the date of reservation;
5. The ability to increase your party size is strictly subject to availability;
6. Refunds will not be given in the event of cancellation or reduction in numbers;
7. You are responsible for advising us of all special dietary requirements and allergens. Spencer’s
follow relevant FSA guidelines, however can not 100% guarantee against cross contamination;
8. All prices include VAT at 20%;
9. Beverages or food of any kind are strictly prohibited to be brought on to the premises by guests,
guests found doing so will need to settle their full bill and leave Spencer’s without refund;
10.Management reserve the right to amend menu details, entertainment and prices without prior
notice;
11. Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
