Dress Standard
During work hours or when representing Coronis Realty, staff members are expected to present a
clean, neat and tasteful appearance. Staff must dress and be groomed according to the requirements
of their position. There are to be no visible tattoos or facial piercings.
Female Staff Members – Office Manager, Administration and Property Management

Black corporate dress/pants/skirt. Both dress and skirt to be knee length, and worn with
stockings. Stockings are to be plain, not patterned.
• Plain white collared shirt with sleeves and name badge
• Enclosed black work shoes – in neat and tidy order. Knee high boots are not acceptable.
• Earrings are to be worn in the ear lobe only.
• During winter, black tailored jacket or black knitted vest can be worn

Any official Coronis events will require black suit with white collared shirt, name badge and

• Enclosed work shoes – in neat and tidy order. Knee high boots are not acceptable
• Earrings are to be worn in the ear lobe only.
• Any official Coronis events, including OFI’s will require dark suit with plain white collared shirt,
name badge and stockings. Stockings are to be plain, not patterned.
Male Staff Members – Sales and Executive Administration
• Black, Grey or Navy Suit
• Tie to be worn at all times
• Neat and tidy shoes
• Neat, tidy hair cut
• Clean shaven with no facial hair or earrings
• Any official Coronis events, including OFI’s will require dark suit, white shirt, name badge and
Coronis tie.
Photographers - Female
• Black skirt/pants. Skirt to be knee length, and worn with stockings. Stockings are to be plain,
not patterned.

« A name badge will be issued at the start of employment, any lost or broken name badges will be
replaced at the cost of the staff member.
« Photographers will be issued with three Coronis work shirts which must be returned at the
termination of their employment. Any additional shirts can be ordered by the photographer at their
expense.
« Support staff will be provided with three Coronis Shirts and three pairs of khaki pants which must
be returned at the termination of their employment. Any additional shirts and pants can be ordered by
the support person at their expense.
« Maintenance will be provided with three Coronis Shirts and three pairs of pants which must be
returned at the termination of their employment. Any additional shirts and pants can be ordered by the
Maintenance at their expense.
«A Coronis tie will be purchased by the employee, this will be deducted from their wages.
