This allows the cord stock to be "contained " rather than "compressed", thereby eliminating score marks which can lead to leak paths on finished product. *NO DIE QUENCHING The toggle clamps lift the upper dies away from the cord stock allowing the user to quickly remove finished O-Rings. The unit is instantly ready to bond another O-Ring without the need for additional unit cooling time or die quenching. DB-X Die Holding Module *FULLY ASSEMBLED MODULE As with the Model DB-500 (photo on right), the DB500-X Die Holding Module is shipped fully assembled to the Temperature Control Module with upper toggle clamps, two cartridge heaters (500 W total) and a "J" type thermocouple. This eliminates the need to push/pull these wires in and out during die changes.
