I give myself accountable to the fact that:

Paintball both mentally and physically intense game and that the effort required to play.
Paintball can be dangerous if one does not respect the safety rules as explained.

I acknowledge and agree that come:

I am fully aware of the risks linked to myself and others with regard to "paintball" and that there never what circumstances
therefore someone deliberately on the head and / or face will shoot
I mentally and physically capable efforts to be able to take the "paintball game" go hand in hand.
I will abide by the rules and the game of "paintball" and I will be playing according to instructions use, otherwise the
marshal has the right to zone me out of the game to remove.
I promise to wear eye-protectors, and not to do, as long as I live in an area where "paintball" is played. In case of damage to
this eye-protectors, I will immediately be replaced. I will be eye-protectors never decrease except with permission and
under the supervision of a "marshal" or in the security zone.
I know that damage to the eye are not insured and that I paintball National Games can not be liable to.
Waiver of any liability:

I hereby forever from any claims and liability that I could argue against National Paintball Games, the playground owners
or any other participant in the paintball game (regardless of the nature and cause of the injury)
I certify that voluntarily take part in "paintball". Regardless of the verdict and / or claim whatsoever, that would follow
during or after participation.
By signing this document I can use the BA insurance against physical accidents (excluding damage to the eye) closed by
National Paintball Games in the company AXA.
If I did not truthfully fill or illegible, I'm not insured.
Payment Agreement:

I agree that I am 375 € (three seventy-five €) will pay National Paintball Games, as the games that I rent, is not returned at
the end of the paintball session at National Paintball Games.
I have all the conditions of this document read and fully understood.
