Thanks BOARD MEETING SATURDAY, JUNE 18 AT UUMC (CHURCH) start time: 1 p.m. It’s almost time again for the annual LVNS full day auction. This is one of the most highly anticipated events on the LVNS calendar. On this day, there will not be a regular meeting. The full time will be devoted to selling the auction items. Most of the lots will be consignments from our members, along with property of the LVNS. The dealer bourse area will be open as usual, but we politely ask that the noise be kept down during the sale. Light, self-serve refreshments and drinks will be available. The sale will be limited to a maximum of 120 lots, with 20 lots reserved for the club. The sale will last approximately 2 hours. Consignments will be accepted only from members in good standing, in order of recent consignment, with a 10 lot maximum, on a first come basis. A very reasonable listing fee will be charged for each lot sold. Cash or good checks accepted for payment. No credit and all lots MUST be paid for at the end of the sale. Bidder’s cards will be issued at sign in. Non-members will have to show identification in order to participate. We do not charge any buyer’s premiums. What you bid is what you pay. The doors will open at 2pm and the sale will start precisely at 3pm. It is up to the bidders to come early and inspect the lots you are interested in. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
