To Brewer FCU’s 2nd Annual 18-Hole Disc Golf Tournament, Friday August 19, 2016 to help raise
money for the Maine Credit Unions’ Ending Hunger Campaign.
Every credit union puts on different events annually to try and raise awareness for different situations
surrounding their community. At Brewer FCU, we too want to participate in an annual event that we
hope will bring much joy, not only to our League, but to all the participants as well. This is why we have
decided to continue the idea of holding a disc golf tournament at D.R. Disc Golf located in Orrington,
Maine. We hope with its success we can continue to do it again next year!
Last year we were able to raise just over $1,200.00! We are hoping to go above and beyond this year
with more sponsors and participation!

If your credit union/team is interested in participating, we ask that you fill out the form and send it back
with a payment of $20.00 to our Marketing Specialist by May 27, 2016. If you cannot make plans by
those dates, please let Amy know. We are looking to admit a maximum of 20 groups this year.

There will be a pizza party once all the teams have finished, and a trophy presentation for the winning
teams.
Water, goody bags, and discs to use in the tournament will all be provided upon arrival. Make sure to
dress warm, bring bug spray, sunglasses, whatever other items you think you may need! You can never
be too prepared!
