1. Select and cut your fabrics. To cut each shape for your beach
ball, fold your fabric and place the fold on the bottom line of
the triangle die shape. Place the flat side of the die on the
white base plate and your fabric on top of the die. Put the
metal plate on top of your fabric and sandwich it all together
with the clear cutting plate. Adjust your roller width on your
die cutting machine as needed and roll the plates through
the machine twice (forward and back one time each).

2. Pin and sew your shapes together. Pin two of your beach
ball shapes together inside out and sew along the right
edge of your shape. Reapeat the same process with
another shape, connecting all six shapes. On the sixth shape,
leave about half an inch unsewn to pull fabric through and
turn your beach ball right side out.
3. Stuff your beach ball. Once you have pulled your fabric
right side out, begin stuffing it with your polyester fiber-fil.
To do this, use small amounts at a time, pushing the
polyester fiber-fil in with your finger or pencil. Be sure to use
plenty of fiber-fil to have a full, well rounded beach ball.

4. Finish. After you have stuffed your beach ball, close your
opening with a ladder stitch. I finished my beach ball
with two small white circles. I made these by tracing a
quarter on white fabric and fusible web. After you cut
your circles, layer your fabric on top of your fusible web
and iron your circle on each end of your beach ball for
five seconds on medium heat to activate your fusible
web.
