Kids Judo Gamal Young boys will learn how to train the body and mind through this self-defense class. It involves using holds and leverage to unbalance your opponent. Beginner Pilates Sherie Brings an awareness of body and posture with exercises specifically focused on strengthening the core, and general muscle toning and lengthening. Exercises are modified for any fitness level. Pilates Sherie/ Giovanna Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus designed to strengthen your core, improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture; while enhancing mental awareness.
