Young boys will learn how to train the body and mind through this self-defense class.
It involves using holds and leverage to unbalance your opponent.
Beginner Pilates

Brings an awareness of body and posture with exercises specifically focused on
strengthening the core, and general muscle toning and lengthening. Exercises are
modified for any fitness level.
