Delivery Intelligence
TranSend allows users to design their own KPI dashboards for real-time views of the operation in a format that
is easy to visualise, understand and interrogate. This enables more effective management of of the delivery or
service operation by creating awareness of any issues as they arise.
Role-specific data groups and KPIs are used to generate a graphical view of relevant processes in the delivery
operation with full drill-down into detail for further investigation.
A traffic-light system is used to provide on-screen alerts that highlight exceptions that fall outside specified
tolerances. Additionally, a number of standard reports can be viewed, printed or exported for further data
manipulation.
Exception Management
Drill-down from any exception enables users to investigate and deal with the issue quickly. For example:
Which route is running late
Details of shortages
Expected late arrivals
Exact location of vehicle on map now
Timing of driver activity, such as breaks
Exceptions can be analysed by reason code. For example, analysis of reasons for Returns; Customer Bypass; Damages;
Missed stops; Failed deliveries.
Dashboards
The Executive Dashboard comprises a set of user-configurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Each user identifies the data groups relevant to themselves (depots, drivers, routes or vehicles) and can then select the
appropriate analysis for the dashboard to display.
KPI analysis includes:
OTIF (On Time In Full)
Delivery Accuracy (on-time early or late)
Excessive Time Spent at delivery points
Delivery Quality (clean, claused, rejected)
Depot Departure Analysis
Returns Analysis
Alerts relating to Customer, Route & Driver Issues
The dashboard includes a configurable control tower that allows users to create their own high level views and KPIs
in real-time:
Predictive ETAs
Using GPS tracking of the driver’s device, combined with live traffic conditions, provides delivery operators and their
customers with more accurate updates on ETAs. This is of real benefit to customers who can track their delivery right
up to the time the vehicle arrives on site.
This information also
generates alerts to any
