November Themes: During the month of November we will learn
about God’s plan for the seashore, and ocean life.
November 5 – Discuss the ocean, make oceans in a bottle
November 7 – Seashells, crabs, starfish
November 12 – Seahorse, sand dollars, sea gulls
November 14 – sharks, whales, fish
November 19 – Where are the oceans located?
What is sand made from? Sand art in a bottle
November 21 – Floating vs. Sinking experiment, Octopus,
Exploration diving, coral reefs
Bible Time: We will continue to learn about Moses and the journey
to the Promised Land.
Show N’ Tell: The week of Nov. 5 – Bring in shells from the ocean
Nov. 12 – Bring a your favorite story about the ocean
Nov. 19 - Bring in anything about the ocean
Happy Birthday: No November birthdays
Snacks:
Snacks and 100% fruit juice or milk will be provided each class period.
Reminders:
November 8 – Conference Day – because Creative Adventures is an Enrichment Class,
conferences are optional. If you would like to meet, just let me know. I will send
home copies of the report card for you to see.
