When you verify your email address, information such as receipt images can be forwarded from your email address to your E-Travel account. Log in to Concur. Go to Profile > Profile Settings > Personal Information. Scroll down to your email address(es). Click on Verify, next to your email address. Check your email for a verification message from Concur. Copy the code from the email message into the Enter Code box next to the email address in your profile settings. Click OK to submit the code and complete the verification. After your email address has been verified, you can send your receipt images to [email protected] to have them uploaded to your Available Receipts. (See How to Attach/Add Receipts to an Expense Report). You are able to have multiple email addresses verified. This way you can easily upload receipts from your cell phone as well as from your University Outlook account.
