There are three registration systems that you will need to know how to use when attending any one of 12 qualifiers.
You will need to direct any questions to the appropriate qualifiers.
1. AES – www.advancedeventsystems.com (ASICS Show ME, Southern California, Nike Mid-East, Disney Showcase, Pacific NW, ASICS
North East, Mizuno Lonestar Classic, Far Western Qualifier, Adidas Windy City)
2. Tournament Magic (TM2 Sign) - www.TM2sign.com (Colorado Crossroads)
3. Sign up to play - www.TM2sign.com (Mizuno Northern Lights)
4. Sportwrench – www.sportwrench.com ( ASICS Big South)
*Contact the HOA Region office for questions about ASICS Show Me, Jr. Nationals & the HOA MLK Tournaments.
The HOA Region is involved with the Asics Show Me National Qualifier (use AES) & assists with the verification process of
HOA Teams going to Girls or Boys Jr. Nationals (use AES).
Qualifiers have different check-in procedures:
*The Asics Show Me Qualifier and the USAV Jr. Nationals require an Event Roster Form(Print Event Roster from AES) that will be turned in at
Check-in in addition to showing that you have your players’ medical release forms.
Have a set of medical release forms on your person at team check-in and courtside when your team is playing.
Participation rules:
Think of qualifiers as 1 event – sometimes spread out over multiple weekends. For example: If you have a player that plays on one weekend with
a 15U team at Show Me Qualifier, you can’t play that same player on another weekend with a 16U team at Show Me Qualifier. It’s considered
one event.
Uniform Rules:
*Qualifier’s and Jr. Nationals have strict policies on jerseys, blood jerseys and uniforms-know the rules. * In general….Once you check-in your
team, the player jersey numbers are set for the tournament. You can’t use 1 libero jersey for multiple players. Players can be assigned only one
number. Players are not allowed to switch jersey numbers throughout the tournament. Be aware of rules regarding contrasting colors of
uniforms.
Results:
Make sure to enter your results with the appropriate qualifier website. Tournament Directors use the data to help determine team seedings.
Having no tournament results entered may affect your tournament seeding.
Hotel Policies:
*Most of the Qualifiers use a “Stay & Play Policy”. Teams must use hotels in the tournament block in order to be accepted in the tournament.
Check the Qualifier websites to determine if they use a “Stay & Play Policy”. When making your hotel reservations-be aware of the hotel
cancellation policies and/or other contract requirements.
For AES users only:
Each club director will need to set up an AES account. Do a data import before signing up your teams/building rosters during the tournament
registration process. *Remember that your AES username and password is usually different than your data import username and password. Your
DATA import username and password is the same as your Webpoint membership record (how your registered for USA Volleyball).
