1. Open the antenna box and take out the adjustable clamp.
2. Inspect all the parts
3. Assemble the Up/Down part onto the antenna using M8

socket head bolt & plain/spring washer

1. Assemble an upper fixed clamp with M10 Hex. Head bolts provided.
2. Tighten the fixing clamp using the double nut & plain / spring washer.
3. Assemble the lower fixed clamp same as above.

Step 3
Recommended torque
Loosen 4 points bolts to extend adjustable clamp
for M8 NUT :
Extend the adjustable clamp until the desired
304lbf.in [350kgf.cm]
angle is reached using an angle indicator.
Tighten all nuts with a torque of
304lbf.in[350kgf.cm], first the inner nut and
then the outer nut.
Caution!
* Remove the second nut before tightening the first nut !!!
There must be no open gap
between any parts of the
bracket that require
* Tighten the first nut to the recommend torque then insert
the second nut and tighten second nut to the recommended torque
tightening.
Never use torque wrench on the
second nut until the first nut is fully.

*. Refer to the color coding for RF cables/connectors
*. RF Connector recommended torque : 264lbf.in [304kgf.cm]
*. AISG Connector recommended torque: 4.3~8.6lbf.in [5~10kgf.cm]
(The connector should be tightened by hand only!)
*. Waterproof on the connectors
Please be careful of damage to connector, down cap and RET by
heat if waterproofing need a heat after connect cable.
*. Warning!
Do not turn on the power for a controller until all the cables
have been properly installed.
RET Replacement
Knob Screw assembly tool
1. Separate RET cable.
Note
2. Unscrew two knob screws
Need to use a flat-head screwdriver with 10mm width
3. Disconnect an inner cable
and 1mm thickness to assemble and separate a RET box.
4. Replace RET
If you use under 10mm width tool, Knob Screw could be
damaged.
Knob Screw Recommended torque : 4.3lbf.in [5kgf.cm]
