CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
1. All furniture, accessories (“Furnishings”) and leather goods/jewelry accepted for consignment must be in new or next-to-new condition and
ready for resale. Consigning Women reserves the right to set prices, sell merchandise at best price-point, select store display location and reject
any Furnishings for any reason at any time. A per item store buyer fee is added to merchandise. A one-time Consignor Account Fee of $20 will
be payable at the time of initial registration. Consigning Women is not responsible for loss from fire, theft, damages or other casualty. This
Agreement may be revised at any time by Consigning Women, and Consignors will be notified of any such revisions.
2. An unlimited number of Furnishings may be consigned by the Consignor under this agreement. Consignor may reclaim consigned
Furnishings before the 90-day consignment period under this agreement has expired, however a 15% fee (based on the original selling price of all
consigned Furnishings reclaimed) will be assessed to Consignor. Upon cancellation or termination of this Agreement for any reason, Consignor
shall have 5 days to remove Consignor’s consigned Furnishings from the store premises. Furnishings will remain on the store floor, available for
sale, until Consignor has removed such Furnishings from Consigning Women’s premises; provided, however, that should the consigned
Furnishings remain on the store’s premises past the 90-day consignment period, such consigned
Furnishings shall be subject to charitable organization donation as provided below.
3. Resale prices of the consigned Furnishings will be determined at the sole discretion of Consigning Women. Consignor will receive 50% of the
actual selling price (exclusive of sales taxes) of the Consignor’s consigned Furnishings for the first 60 of the 90-day consignment period, and
Consigning Women shall receive the remaining 50% of the actual selling price of the Consignor’s consigned Furnishings. For the last 30 of the 90day consignment period, Consignor will receive 45% of the actual selling price and Consigning Women will receive 55% of the actual selling price.
For fine jewelry, Consignor will receive 60% of the actual selling price (exclusive of sales taxes) of the Consignor’s consigned Furnishings, and
Consigning Women shall receive the remaining 40% of the actual selling price of the Consignor’s consigned furnishings.
4. An “intake” date will be recorded on the date the consigned Furnishing is received at the store, but the 90-day consignment period
will commence as of the first day the consigned Furnishing is placed on the store floor for sale. Unless otherwise determined by
Consigning Women, all consigned Furnishings will be placed on sale in the store as follows:
 Days 1-30:
original resale price
 Days 31-60:
original resale price marked down 30%
 Days 61-90:
original resale price marked down an additional 30%
 After 90 days: unsold Furnishing(s) must be removed by the Consignor within 5 days or Consigning
Women may, at their sole discretion, donate the Furnishing(s) to a charitable organization
Fine Jewelry-Primarily Cultured Pearls, 14K Gold, Gems w/ Gold
Unless otherwise determined by Consigning Women, all consigned fine jewelry will be placed on sale in the store as follows:
 Days 1-30:
original resale price
 Days 31-90:
original resale price marked down 30%
 After 90 days: unsold Furnishing(s) must be removed by the Consignor within 5 days of notification or Consigning
Women may, at their sole discretion, donate the Furnishing(s) to a charitable organization.
5. Consigning Women may provide pickup service for a $
charge for consigned Furnishings located within a 10-mile radius of the
store address. Additional charges may be incurred for distances outside this 10-mile radius and for Furnishings requiring special
handling. Delivery or pickup service charges shall be pre- paid via personal check or credit card on the date this Agreement is signed
or at the time of booking.
6. Consigning Women is not responsible for loss from fire, theft, damages or other casualty. Consignor will be paid once per month
(first week of month following sale of consigned Furnishing) via a check mailed to the Consignor’s address set forth below.
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CONSIGNOR AND CONSIGNING WOMEN
The undersigned, “Consignor”, has read this Agreement and agrees to the conditions for consignment thereunder. Consignor hereby
warrants, represents, and attests to his/her legal ownership of any consigned Furnishings and that such Furnishings are free from liens,
loans, legal proceeding, or any other ownership encumbrances.
