As you collect, count, and store away your classrooms’ text books, keep in mind the opportunity summer gives us to open other texts! Every year at this time I get so excited at the prospect of summer reading! Books are just better when the pages are reflecting sunshine and being ruffled by a light breeze! Our newsletter this month is dedicated to summer reading, for both you and your students! Can you recommend a good book? Take advantage of the digital age… eBooks and audio books are great ways to bring along all your summer selections without all the bulk.
