for WATER & SEWER TREATMENT CHEMICALS
Invitation for Bids 7/1/2017 – 6/30/2018
This Amendment adds one town to SERSG membership, adds item 11a and
changes item 11 to 11b, provides corrected Quantities to add the Town of Medfield
and separate MFN Regional Wastewater District quantities from Mansfield. The
resulting changes to the IFB are a corrected paragraph in the Instructions to
Bidders section, a replacement Contact People page, corrected specification
headings for items 11a and 11b, replacement Estimated Quantities pages, and new
Bid Quotation Pages. Bidders must use the revised Appendix A: Bid Quote
Pages provided here and acknowledge this Amendment.
The Town of Medfield has joined SERSG member and is now participating
in this procurement. Replace the first paragraph of the Instructions to Bidders
with: “The Southeastern Regional Services Group invites bids for Water and Sewer
Treatment Chemicals on behalf of the Towns of Canton, Easton, Foxborough,
Mansfield, Medfield, MFN Regional Wastewater District, Middleborough,
Norfolk, North Attleborough, Norton, Plainville, Raynham, Sharon, Stoughton,
West Bridgewater, and Wrentham for fiscal year 2018.”
Replace the CONTACT PEOPLE page with the one attached here.
Replace the Specification heading for item #11 IFB page 12 with:
ITEM NO. 11a - SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE (BLEACH) 15% Solution - 5 gallon containers
ITEM NO. 11b - SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE (BLEACH) 15% Solution - 15 gallon containers
Quantities for MFN Regional Wastewater District are removed from
quantities previously included in Mansfield, are added for Medfield. Refer to the
attached new Estimated Quantities with Totals and Gas Delivery Details use the
new Appendix A: Bid Quotation Pages.
