REGISTRATION & FEES (5K Croc Trot)
$30 Adults (18 years or older) on and before April 11
$35 Adults (18 years or older) after April 11
$20 Student (up to 17 years old) on and before April 11
$25 Student (up to 17 years old) after April 11
Family Maximum $60.00
Family = 2 adults and 1or 2 children (maximum)

1 Mile Fun Run
This race is restricted to kindergarteners - 2nd graders
$10 Student –on and before April 11
$12 Student - after April 11
*NOTE: ALL STUDENTS 14 YRS OLD AND
UNDER MUST RUN THE COURSE WITH A
REGISTERED RUNNING BUDDY 18 YEARS OR
OLDER.

Mail in registrations must be postmarked no later
than April 21, 2014 to allow for processing.
ONLY registrations received with payment by
April 11, 2014 will be guaranteed a t-shirt on race
day. Both the 5k and 1 mile fun registrations will
receive a shirt!
RACE PACKET PICK UP
Packet pickup will be held on Friday, April 25 from
3:00pm-6pm and on race day, Saturday, April 26 from
6:15- 7:00 am at Island Creek Elementary School.

Race Start Location: Island Creek Elementary
School 7855 Morning View Lane, Alexandria,
VA 22315
The 5K course begins and ends at the cross walk in
front of Island Creek Elementary School and goes
through surrounding neighborhoods. Police support
and safety marshals will be stationed along the course.
There will be one water station at the half-way point.
The 1 Mile Fun Run will be held on Island Creek
Elementary School grounds. Registration and waiver is
required. Runners should be at the front of the school by
8:15am.
1 MILE FUN RUN PRIZES
1st Place – male and female kindergartener
1st Place – male and female 1st grader
1st Place – male and female 2nd grader
*all participants will receive a participation ribbon
SPECIAL ATTENTION
The Fairfax County Police requests that all participants
must be able to complete the 5K course within the
hour.
EVENT PROCEEDS
Proceeds for the event will go to support the Island
Creek Elementary PTA enrichment programs, book
upgrades, cultural initiatives (field trips) as well as
professional education, fitness and recreation, and
other programs for the Island Creek Students.

DURING THE RACE.
