2. Tagging System Instructions
 Go to https://www.myconsignmentmanager.com
 Click on Login or Create User Account and follow the prompts.
 If you are a new user, you may allow the system to generate your Seller Code. You do not need
to contact one for us as in past yeas.
 Search for or choose KUMC Baby Daze and Beyond 2017 as the sale.
 For the simplest method of entering items, sort all of your items to be sold by category, such as
clothing, toys, books, games, etc. If you have clothing items, further sort those items by gender
and size.
 Enter your items into the system. Go to the tab, Enter Items. Presorting allows you to only
reenter the price and description for each similar item, but is not necessary.
 If you need to edit anything, go to the Manage Inventory screen. From here, you can print
inventory reports, edit mass items or individual items, and also see a Projected Settlement Report
based on the items you have entered into the system.
 Printing can be performed at anytime, at intervals, or all at once when you have finished entering
your items.






Use only Cardstock Paper for printing (at least 60# or 65#) in white or light, pastel colors EXCEPT
for light or dark blue.
Print using NORMAL quality, not BEST quality. Cut out cards on the lines.
DO NOT apply tape over the barcode when tagging. Zip ties work best with shoes and large
items to affix the tag. If you must use tape, ensure it is not covering the barcode portion of the
tag.
Use a safety pin to secure tag to clothing on the upper, right side with the item facing you. The
hanger should be pointing to the left.
Any item that has pieces that could easily become separated should be enclosed in a plastic bag
(e.g., puzzles pieces, shoes, small pieces from toys/games).
Item descriptions on cards should be as specific as possible so that items can be re-matched to
cards if they become separated. For example, cards for books, games or puzzles should include
title, cards for clothing should include brand name and/or color, etc.
The tag is the ONLY way we have of knowing how much to pay you after the sale – so
make sure your cards are securely attached to your items!
