TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rush is a skatepark and not a playground and therefore should be treated with respect.
Please consider other users and be aware of your surroundings at all times and attend
a session that is appropriate for your experience level. The rules for an open session are
very different to that of a beginner’s session. PARENTS ARE NO LONGER PERMITTED TO
VIEW FROM THE STREET SECTION DURING OPEN SESSIONS.
5 DAY PASS MONDAY – FRIDAY – This offer only applies from Monday to Friday for open sessions 12 midday to 6pm. Passes must be purchased for the
week of intended use and cannot be transferred to another week and cannot be purchased for use i.e. Wednesday to Wednesday. No refunds will be made
for “no show”. Bands will be specifically colour coded. Names, telephone numbers and email addresses will be taken for each person purchasing a
numbered band – therefore bands are not transferrable to another person.
TWO DAY WEEKEND PASS – This offer applies Saturday/Sunday sessions 1-7pm and excludes Beginners Sessions. Bands must be worn for the entire
weekend. Names, telephone numbers and email addresses will be taken for each person purchasing a numbered band – therefore bands are not
transferrable to another person. No refunds will be made for “no show”.
MINI SHREDDERS – This is a session for U5s pre school children/toddlers only. This session is held in the Street Section and three wheeled scooters are
permitted.
BEGINNERS – Street and park section only. Limited to 75 riders. Open to complete beginners aged 5 years and over. Strictly no three wheeled scooters,
V Scooters, play equipment, bikes with stabilisers or geared bikes. Helmets are compulsory in this session. Pre-booking is essential for this session.
Open Sessions – The whole park is open including the foam pit/resi and jump track. Helmets are compulsory in this session. Strictly no three wheeled
scooters, V Scooters, play equipment, bikes with stabilisers or geared bikes. We advise pre-booking for this session. We do not advise beginners
ride in this session. Parents are no longer permitted to view from the street section during open sessions.
FOLDING SCOOTERS, THREE WHEELED SCOOTERS AND V SCOOTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE SKATEPARK.
The above hours are subject to change and you should consult the website before travelling (for those customers who use Smart Phones we advise you refresh
the Rush website every week).
It will be at Rush Skatepark’s discretion as to the ability and experience of anyone under the age of 12 wishing to ride the park after 6.30pm weekdays.
Refunds will be NOT be made for “no show”, late entry (other than that which has been caused by Rush Skatepark) or for leaving a session
before the end. Exceptional circumstances may apply and will be at management discretion.
