Vanilla Photobooks - How to Create and Move a Text Box

How to Create and Move a Text Box in the
Vanilla Photobooks Software
To add a text box in the software click the ‘Add Text Box’ button here.
Once you have clicked on the button a text box will automatically appear on
your screen. As it states in the text box you have to double click the box to
edit it. Then you can start typing inside the box.
Once you have finished typing, your screen will look like the above.
If you click off the box, onto the white space around the page, the box surrounding
the text will disappear.
You still have the option to edit this box after you have clicked off it. To edit
the text, double click on the text. This will make the box reappear. Then
highlight the text and use the option in the right hand panel to edit the text.
You can move this box by clicking off the box, into the white space, the box will
again disappear. This time just click once onto the text. The box will reappear but
you will not be able to edit the text. Now you can drag and drop the text box to
where you would like it to be on the page.
If you would like to duplicate the specifications of the text box (such as size, font
and opacity) right click the text box, then ‘copy’ and ‘paste’ anywhere throughout
your project.
Simply click off the box again to make the box around the text disappear.
