The digital PopUp Press® is automatic; handle and heated platen will pop up when the application cycle is complete.
The digital EzPress® is a manual press; a buzzer will sound when the application cycle is complete and the operator must lift
the handle to open the heated platen.
Both presses are simple and easy to operate. The time, temperature and pressure are automatically controlled. The handle is
very easy to operate even though the platen has 120 pounds of pressure. The heated platen is Teflon coated to prevent
glue accumulation. The spring-loaded lower platen will accommodate thick and thin garments without re-adjusting the platen.
The heated platen opens wide to provide a clear work area on the lower platen.
The digital computer monitors the operation of the press and alerts the operator of a pending problem such as platen
temperature too hot or too cold. The computer also monitors common operator errors and alerts the operator to prevent an
improperly applied label. These operator errors include: Long Cycle: the operator failed to lift the handle when the cycle was
complete on an EzPress®, Short Cycle: the operator lifted the handle before the application cycle was complete, and Cold
Cycle: the operator applied a label before the platen heated to the pre-set temperature. If the garment is cold or damp, it will
automatically add a few seconds to warm or dry the fabric to assure proper glue melting time.
