Spanish 7 Curriculum Map Stockbridge Valley Central Schools Spanish Department Unit 1 - September Los Saludos (Greetings) Narrative: During this unit students will be introduced to Spanish language and culture for the first time in an academic setting. Students will learn the letters and pronunciations of the Spanish letters, how to count from 0 to 10, colors, how to state their name, how to greet and introduce someone and how to say goodbye. Students will also be introduced to typical Spanish names and naming customs.
