The rented house is the old house of the watermill. This is the oldest part of the original building, all
constructed in stone. Mill building with foundations that date to 800 years ago.
The living room contains many original features.

From Paris take the motorway A10 then A11 towards Chartres - Le Mans
Take the exit "la Ferté-Bernard" and follow the signs to "la Ferté-Bernard".
At "la Ferté-Bernard" follow road signs towards Bellême
You will go through Préval and Saint-Germain de la Coudre
1.2 km after Saint- Germain de la Coudre, take a right turn at the road signs Gémages.
Crossing the small bridge, turn left following the signs for "Le Moulin"
Go straight on the end.
Around the rented house :
The cottage is situated in the Regional Park of “Le Perche”, on the scenic route called “Manoirs et
Traditions”. It’s near the towns of Bellême 10 km, Nogent le Rotrou 13 km, la Ferté Bernard 15 km.

Capacity :
The capacity is for 6 people. We can refuse the extra people, but if we accept for one night 2 extra people it
can entail further charges over.
Charges :
1/ Cold water and gas stove : no supplement charge.
2/ Electricity : 8Kw per day is included in the renting price. The electricity over these 8 Kw/per day must be
paid in supplement, after checking the electricity s meter (on arrival / on departure ).
The price of Kw is : 1° from 1/05 to 30/08 =0,06 euros - 2° from 1/09 to 30/04 =0,23 euros.
Deposit and guarantee :
The deposit (25 %) must be paid when booking and the balance will be paid on arrival.
A guarantee of 400 euros is required on arrival and given back no later than one week following the
departure, with charges if the rented house is not left clear and tidy.
Cleaning : You must clean during the rental period and specially before the departure. The lodging must be
tidied and in perfect state of cleanliness. If you prefer, you can choose to have our cleaning service (2).
